CODES

QR SETUP / PRINT CODES

Print one permanent shared QR and place a copy in both restrooms. After scanning, Team Members choose Men's or Women's and enter the usual Team Member Code.

SCHEDULE & CHECK WINDOW

The restroom checks are fixed at 20-minute intervals and become available 10 minutes before each due time. You can still change the daily start and end times.

OPEN CHECK SOUND

This sound starts as soon as the check opens. With a 10-minute early window, it begins 10 minutes before the check is due and stops when the check is completed or becomes overdue.

OVERDUE ALARM

Choose the alarm used after the check becomes due and is still incomplete.

Controls how often the overdue alarm repeats until both restrooms are complete.

LIVE QR TEST

These modes change the live API for 10 minutes so you can test the actual restroom QR codes from a phone.
